I am trying to register Avast Home Edition 4.7 but when I press (translated from my portuguese version of Avast) Program Registration… in the dialog Register window I get another window with the following message error :
“There is no application with this file extension”
In the top left side of this window it is written ahsUInt
Anybody can help me?

You can register in the English page… you will understand it for sure, even you use the application in Portuguese. The key will be the same for any language.
You can try clicking in the option ‘Secure (SSL) version of registration form is here’ and then go to Portuguese.
The link will be similar to this…

But I think the ‘sessid’ part will be different for you…

One OT technical note for you, Tech. You should never post anywhere any link with PHPSESSID, SID or whatever session variable is, because by clicking on it is anyone logged on the linked website with your credentials (if there is not additional check on the server). Well it is not problem on our registration link (SID is there because of CAPTCHA protection), but for example on some forum it may be a problem.
