i can’t get license key to show up when i click on insert license file in avast. i can down load it to my computer from the email but when i click on the insert license file in avast the window opens up to the spot that i saved it to but it is not there

I am not clear to understand what does you mean, but at avast 5.0 you just need to input empty fields at : maintenance - subscription and then submit.
Then your avast 5.0 will automatically registered to avast server.
Don’t need to generate license key like previous version.

Avast 5 is not supported on Windows servers yet. You should continue to use the Avast Server Edition v4.8.
same problem here it says its loaded but nothing onscreen, have another computer I want to install on(have 3 computer package) so I need the license key. also very frustrating to have no contact numbers
