Help understanding Farbar Removal Tool txt reports

Hi, thanks to any and all who have the time to help. I suspect I have a problem on my Win 7 machine. I have scanned with Rootkit detectors and run full scans with both MS Security Essentials (now uninstalled) and with Kaspersky Pure 3.0. Neither have detected any problems, but my harddrive is constantly active and the memory on my system is usually at 70% if not more when doing nothing. As well, when I shut down I always receive a message that programs need to be forced closed when I have initiated the shutdown with no programs running that I know of.

So I read a thread here and decided to try the Farbar tool and I now have two generated reports in txt format. Many of the items noted in the reports should not problems like my RIM software so I am unsure if I should actually run a fix. I suspect that there is a Google update program that is constantly tasking my system, and if so that is what I would like to nuke. I have used the event viewer in Windows, but sadly I lack the technical knowledge to interpret them. So I will attach the 2 text files here in the hope that somebody can see if anything really needs to be fixed or not. Again, thank you for taking the time to do this for me, it is greatly appreciated and may some good Karma find you! Cheers.

Hi You only have 1Gb of RAM which is not overly helpful

Could you open task manager and let me know what process is using the most memory

Click the memory heading to get the big one at the top

Hi I am about to open my case as I should have 2 GB of RAM so maybe one of the modules isn’t seated correctly. I am going to add another 2GBs very soon. This is my music server so even 2GB of RAM is typically fine. Off I go to check the modules, hopefully I don’t have a bad stick of RAM. Thanks, will let you know.

Percentage of memory in use: 70% Total physical RAM: 1005.61 MB Available physical RAM: 294.63 MB

Just reseated a stick of RAM, now I have the full 2GB installed. Wonder how long that had been unseated? Okay, so with that out of the way do the files I uploaded show any real issues? Thanks again.

Nothing evident on the logs, has the drive activity reduced now the RAM has been reseated ?
