The dialogue box that warns that there are registry changes and asks if I want to accept or not; obscures the two options at the bottom that ask (I assume) if I accept the registry change or not. I do not know what the left or right option say so I am not able to make a decision to accept the change or reject. What do I do?

Avast does not warn for registry changes.
Please look again at the message and tell us what application you have installed that is giving you this warning.
Can you post a screenshot of this window?
Are you changing the Behavior Blocker settings of avast?

The dialogue box has not appeared in the last few days. ???
When it does, I will write down every thing that it says and re-post.
Tech and Eddy thank you for responding to my question!!

Hi:
That problem sounds to me like a known old bug in TeaTimer, the Spybot’s resident protection. I Hope This Helps: http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=122

Gentlemen you were correct I was actually looking at a dialogue box from Spybot. :-[. not Avast. But what I can tell you about Avast is that it saved my computer
from contracting a virus by sounding out the greatest bells and whistles :o to warn me. It startled me a first ??? , but I had to smile at how effective it was
. It was very cool and prompted me throughout the restoration process
.
Thank you again
