HELP - Virus Chest

Last evening, all of a sudden Avast started telling me it had detected a threat. Actually they gave 4 threats in a row saying they had moved them to the vault. This morning I got the same 4 messages. I’m not sure what the vault is but my thought was that once these things were in the fault that should be the end of it. I’ve attached a pic of the virus chest. Am I safe to send email or what is going on. Up until a couple of weeks ago I was just using the Windows one as everybody said that’s all you need. It never found any of this stuff. Now I’m scared.

I’m not real tech savie but can follow basic instructions or whatever.

My OS is Windows 8.l

Seems like detection in a backup of previous detected files in AdwCleaner quarantine… delete AdwCleaner, download new version if/when you need it
do you have a Seagate Backup program?
