VRDB disabled, black spot beside it, cannot enable, whatever i try, PLEASE HELP!!! 
You mean that you can’t click on another option for vrdb ???
Try an avast-repair (add/remove programs → remove avast → repair).
Mmm, feel so stupid, just kept clicking on the disable line.
