Help wanted

Hey,

http://prntscr.com/aspx39

http://prntscr.com/aspyow

I get this kind of adds popping out almost on every site, scan doesn’t find anything. How can I remove these?

I don’t see any strange pop-up in the images.

But if you want us to check your system, please follow the instructions and attach the logs to your next post.

You see them now?

No, there are only pop-ups from the sites you visit.
Nothing strange about them.

Please run the scans mentioned in the post quoted above and attach the logs. Thanks.

Hope these help you

You attached Addition.txt twice and forgot FRST.txt.

There is at least two issues that need fixing BUT we need the FRST.txt file. Please post (attach) that if you still need assistance. Thanks.

Sorry for that, here you go.

Thanks for the logs. Let’s get started …

You would be advised to uninstall Apple QuickTime as it has vulnerabilities and is no longer supported by Apple. (see this site for more information - https://www.us-cert.gov/ncas/alerts/TA16-105A ).

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

- Right-click on

icon and select

Run as Administrator to start the tool.
(XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
- Press the Fix button just once and wait.
- If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
- When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.
Please attach it to your reply.

Thank you, all done now. Here are the logs

Is there anything else I should check?

How is the system running now? Any more popups?
