welcome to the forum. you have provided the necessary logs now you have to wait for a malware expert to guide you from there. it might take a few a hours.
i see files from avast, AVG and symantec/norton in there…how many AV do you have installed?
Hi @Wazoos
I will be working on your Malware issues
You have three antivirus in the system.
Step1.
Uninstall AVG and Symantec (Programs and Features > Uninstall), and then remove orphans
AVG Remover (64bit)
Step2.
Re-run OTL.exe.
[*]Copy and paste the following text written inside of the quote box into the Custom Scans/Fixes box.

Temporarily disable your AntiVirus program.
If you are unsure how to do this please read this Instruction.

Click Yes if prompted to download.
ComboFix will display DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY ON SOFTWARE.
Click Yes to allow ComboFix to continue.
If Recovery Console is not installed, ComboFix will offer download & installation.
Click Yes to allow ComboFix to install Recovery Console.
Note:Do not mouse-click Combofix’s window while it is running.
When the tool is finished, it will produce a log report for you. (typical location: C:ComboFix.txt )
Attach log reports ( ComboFix.txt) back to topic.
Hi,
Here are the logs!
Update: It’s been about an hour. I haven’t gotten any avast popups/warnings (they use to pop up pretty frequently, at least every 5-10mins). I did turn back on the shield/self defense option after the clean up.
Logs looking good.
Again, temporarily disable your antivirus as you did before
It is necessary to uninstall the ComboFix :
[*] Click Start (or
http://amf.mycity.rs/pg/images/VistaStartButton.png
) then Run.
On Windows7 or Vista you may use Start Search field if Run is not available.
[*] In the line of text type in (Copy) the following:
ComboFix /Uninstall
Note that there is a space between " ComboFix " and " /Uninstall " .
[*] then click OK (or press Enter ).
Wait for the uninstall process is complete.
Re-Run OTL and click CleanUp! button.
This command will also remove and other tools that we used.
I recommended to you to use MCShield if you will.
It will prevent infection by computer via USB flash drive, mobile phone or any other memory card.
And not only will prevent infection, but will immediately clean Memory card or external HDD

Hi,
So I just did all of that. Didn’t run into any problems.
I’m guessing my computer’s clear of those viruses now, right?
Thanks a lot for all the help and time you provided! I really appreciate it.
