Why when I analyze a sample file don’t show me in a popup window with the results of analysis as it did in antivirus Avast 4.8?

The quick scanning is completely GUIless if nothing is found as far I know.

It’s being shown in the latest 5.0.418… something is wrong in your installation…
Ok! I uninstalled and reinstalled the antivirus but it still shows the same problem. I have version 5.0.418
What do I do?
After uninstalling, use the tools to completely remove the antivirus, PLEASE HELP ME!
Which is the file you’re trying to scan?
Does it happen with any file?

But now everything is Ok! ;D
Apparently if it was a problem with the installation!
But was resolved using the tools “aswClear.exe” and reinstalling! :o
