Help with disabling call/sms forwarding.

Hello.
I’ve enabled call/sms silent forwarding on my device to another device through avast account from my PC.
The messages are being fprwarded, without my knowledge from my device to other device. It is fine (Because I just wanted to test how it works).

Now am unable to disable it. Please help how to disable it!

Have to disable by sending command.
