Help With Error Message

After avast! finishes scanning for viruses, it returns the following message:

Unknown Error

Scan completed with error: 3= The system cannot find the path specified.

I run WIN2000. I have 2 hard drives and one of them is not formatted, but I used the settings in avast! to mask the unformatted drive and exclude it. I assumed this would exclude it from the scan.

I have removed Norton AV 2000 using the uninstall option and the add/remove programs utility in WIN2000. No Symantec stuff is left in the list.

Also, is the resident protection for outlook express the internet mail module?

I really like avast! and want to keep using it, but a bit of advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hmm, the exclusions would make avast! not to scan the files found, but it’s probably trying to list the files first…

Yes, Internet Mail module should be used for Outlook Express protection.
