Help with False Positive when attempting to load my company's website

for our site: https:// hcapress(DOT)org. “False positive URL:Blacklist detection in Avast One Web Guard”

When going to the site (reproduces across all browsers) on our work laptops, Avast One blocks the site per screenshot below. This is affecting an employer-owned site. I submitted a false-positive report about two weeks ago and have heard nothing from Support. (I hear this is somewhat normal on the free account).

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

Possible False Positive - New location to report both a False Positive and or a False Negative (for File or URL)

There are sites that can also check a site link. These look for a. detection by multiple antivirus programs and b. other possible weaknesses or vulnerabilities (the last two URLs).

A VT Scan of your URL - VT Scan for hcapress(.)com results 5/92 detections.

I have tried to attract some Avast Team attention to your topic.

Hello @JonGauthier,

Thank you for raising this!

The reported domain was checked, and based on the findings, the detection was removed. The website is now marked as clean in the Avast database. This change may take up to 1 hour to take full effect. Please accept my apology for the inconvenience caused.

If the situation persists after 1 hour, please update the Avast virus database and try again.

Thank you, @DavidR, for highlighting this topic.

Very good! I am apparently all resolved now thanks for the fix! I was able to use multiple browsers to get to the site without difficulty. I consider the matter fully handled, thank you kindly!
