Hello,

I am getting continuous pop-ups regarding an infected process.
It says that Spotify.exe is infected and keeps popping up while I’m streaming music.

I attached the necessary files which I read from the sticky post and hopefully I was able to follow them properly.

If there’s anybody here who can help I would really appreciate it. I already tried googling for a solution but only led me to links for me to install a SpyHunter which I didn’t do because it seemed odd that almost all search results led me to blogs/articles about the said software.

I also saw a few threads with the same infection but read that the fixes are unique for every PC/system.

I hope someone can help me eliminate this problem.

Uninstall Spotify and the cracked software that was installed right after that. Let me know if that fixes the problem.

As a side note, Open Office or LibreOffice are great free alternatives to MS Office.

After uninstalling and reinstalling Spotify, the problem seems to have disappeared.

if you have a Gmail account you also get online google docs https://www.google.com/docs/about/ and similar with outlook.com (Hotmail) https://home.office.com
