Help with Log files

Is there some reading that I can do about error messages in the error logs etc?

I have a lot of ‘getnameinfo error 11004’ on a WIN XP Pro machine that hosts my mailsever, in the aswMaiSv.log file. Also this file doesn’t appear to be incorporated into the integrated log viewer.

OK - thanks for the link.

Didn’t help much as my specific error message isn’t listed - nor anything remotely similar. All Avast Error messages, except the licence validations ones, in the posted link seem to start with AVAST_

Any help on what this means is appreciated.

Is there perhaps a separate support forum or user network for paid up corporate users that I can access. I would like to know that this is just ‘log noise’ and not anything to really worry about, or perhaps it is something significant?
