Help with my ticket taking a long time

Can someone please forward my request for a refund to the managemnt.

I submitted a ticket 2 days ago and still didn’t get a reply other than the automated reply.

I just called avast in the US and was greeted by some guy from the Philippines who had 0 sense of customer service and offered no help at all. All he said that I need to wait for 5 to 7 business days! Wow! I have never had such trouble getting refund from a reputed software seller! I’ll never buy or recommend avast! due to this poor service.

Refunds can take around 7 working days to process, though you should have gotten an automated reply (I believe). Whatever you do, don’t submit further tickets or update the existing one as that just delays things further.

You spoke to a 3rd party support company (not directly to avast) contracted to do support related to avast, installation, errors, etc. But they can’t handle refunds as they don’t have the access to that data.

2 days is not a long time at all.
avast is trying to handle all tickets within 10 business days.
Just have patience.
