Help with my virus chest on A.I.S 5

Anytime my security finds a virus it is unable to put them in the chest, this is what it keeps saying (Virus chest server is not running. RPC communication failed.) How do you get the chest server to start running?

Hi Edy,

That’s mean something trouble when you installing avast! on your machine,

You may repair your avast! with go to : Start – Control Panel – Add/Remove Programs – select avast! – then you may click on Repair tab, then avast! will repair it and please reboot afterthat.

RPC is Remote Procedure Communication which is used to communicated between client and server on group sessions.
