Hi, All my scan logs are listed as no virus found, whereas my wifes all say, unable to scan some files. Both our PCs are running windows 7 and as far as I can tell, all our settings are the same.
Can anyone suggest a reason for this discrepancy please?
files that can not be scanned are normal
avast is just telling you that some files could not be scanned and the reason why…
what reason does avast give ?
files that can not be scanned are just that…no mor, no less…it does not mean they are infected
files detected as malware will be given a malware name when detected
