Help with these TROJANS Please

??? Hi guys Hope some one can tell me what to do with the following Trojans I did a Boot Scan and found these guys.
C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\Data\Moved A0003539.exe is infected by WIN32 Rbot-V Trj

C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\Data\ Moved A0003550.exe is infected by Win32 Rbot-V Trj

C:\Windows\System\TFTP 780 is infected by WIN32 Sd Bot-387A trj

So what do I do with these guys should I Disable System Restore and run the Boot scan again and Delete or Move these guys or should I do some thing else or are these false positive some help would be great.

just move the file to quarantine with avast in safeMode or Boot-time scan, or follow the instructions in the above google links.

you need to do all windowsupdates and change all passwords, or they will always come back.
Also work through the link “VirusRemoval” below…
