help with trojan

Hi: I found these three viruses:
win32:trojano-324 in c:/archivos de programa/ archivos comunes / pptqneml/loenclasqn/dbqmsqurt.exe
win32:trojano-324 in c:/archivos de programa/ archivos comunes / pptqneml/nnbnerso/udqosrop.exe
win32:trojan-gen{upx!}

I already ran the anonymizer anti spyware and it did not eliminated them, also already ran the reboot scanner and nothing happened. Please help!
