help with virus

So i downloaded something that i guess i shouldnt of and it gave me a virus all of a sudden my moniter just shut off but computer still ran. i cant get it to turn back on restarted it many times. please help…

Try booting into “Last Known Good” or “Safe Mode” and run a scan if you can.

Otherwise, try one of the rescue disks here:

Obviously you’ll need to download and burn the disk on another computer.

-= Or you may try to run a scan in safe mode… Somehow, it can help you detect some of the viruses…

Or u could just perform a boot scan^^
