Help with Web Shield

How can I use the web shield just for web browsing and continue to be able to allow or not access to the internet for each program?

I am using kerio personal firewall.

If I redirect port 80 (http) every program will be able to access the internet trough web shield.

If I config the browser with a proxy pointing to web shield the other programs also seem to use that same setting and gain access to the internet…

Individual apps will be trying to access localhost:12080 instead.
