Help with Win32:Trojan-gen. {Other}

Win32:Trojan-gen. {Other} has infected C:_Restore\Archive\FS5448.CAB\A0553880.cpy

Avast will detect this file, however, will not delete or repair.

This is the last infection on my parents computer, their exchange student, downloaded Kazaa among other things, you would not believe what this computer was infected with…on the other hand, I’m sure you could imagine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Disable system restore and reboot. That will solve it.
