Help with Windows XP boot loop SAFEMODE Stuck at (aswrvrt.sys) After auto update

There was a recovery option on the F8 menu, but it led to blue screen.

however, i found a recovery CD that worked afterall. Everything is back in order. Thank you!

From the Reatogo desktop access the command prompt and type the following :

chkdsk c: /r

On completion try a normal boot
