I hope this is the way of getting help with the aswrvrt.sys problem.

I am attaching the text file. Please help :slight_smile:

Hi we will try a restore point first

Download the attached fixlist.txt to the same location as FRST
Run FRST as before and press fix
On completion try a normal boot

So what was needed was a restore? Perfect. I will use this method in other computers too.

Be aware that fix was only valid for that one machine… Use it on another and it may break it

Yes, I am aware of that. I will just use the same method. I will look for the restore points in the text file of the respective machine and replace that line.
