I’ ve recently downloaded the professional version for my pc at home.
My problem is that when i enter for example gmail to read my e-mails it shows “script blocker” and it won’t let me see the attachments of the e-mail or once I press the x buttom to get out of the specific mail it just throws me out of the whole site.
Am I doing something wrong? and how can I rectify it ?? ???

Script blocker does not ‘block’ but just scan it into Internet Explorer.
Do you have any other browser in this computer? Can you use it to manage Gmail?
Are you using any other antivirus in this computer?
Which Windows version are you using?

no, i don’t have any other browser in the computer, and for the last one year the antivirus i used
was avast for home, not problems faced ever. My Windows version is xp.

do u think it would be better if i uninstalled the professional and just download the plain one??

I’ve tested GMail right now. Nothing wrong.
Maybe you can test an installation from the scratch of the Professional version:

Uninstall avast from Control Panel first.
Boot.
Use Avast Uninstall for complete uninstallation.
Boot.
Install again the last version.
Boot.
Check and post the results.
