Today i found 2 WIN32:Rootkits [RKT] in system restore. I cleared it easily. But now i cant open google page or pages with google adds for example take forever to open. Do u think it’s related? Or google is just down?

After 3rd reboot it worked. Ty anyways.
That would be totally unrelated to any google problem as _restore points aren’t active so any malware in there would only be an issue if in the future you used system restore which happened to include the infected restore points.
So I believe it was just a glitch as shows by the subsequent rectification with no other action than reboot/s.
my question would be
If there are rootkits found in system restore where did they come from, what got rid of them or where are they now
also removing things from system restore can munge that restore point
best set a new one
have you tried an avast boot time scan - send any hits to chest
and
a scan by malwarebytes anti malware check all badies andclick REMOVE CHECKED
and
a scan by super anti spyware or spybot search and destroy? send hits to quarantine
to see if these rootkits had any friends?
In addition to avast rootkit tool you might want to try a couple of others like Trend Micro
