hi! so for the past few days random ads and music have been playing at random on my laptop, even when i’m not on the internet, and it’s pretty frustrating. how do i get rid of it? is it a virus? thanks!

You could google on “random sounds playing on pc”. And yes, you do have an infection, please let a certified malware specialist guide you through the removal process.
