Is this right?

Don’t know why it’s showing Windows Vista when I have Windows 7. ???

I would go over to Kaspersky or Emsisoft.

Both are good.

I might give Kaspersky a try.

If you want a free AV you can go to Panda Cloud Antivirus or AVG.

Emsisoft has good protection but slowdown and High RAM Usage(150+ MB sometimes
on my machine.

Kaspersky has good protection too, but more users and lower RAM Usage.
Place 1 in newest AV-Test results.

I find it somewhat odd that after the above comment you start a new topic requesting the guidance/knowledge of forum members.
I have at times been amazed how tolerant these members have been with you and your questions which most often have very little to do with avast!

I can only give her suggestions, if she changes is her choice.

And that we are in the Avast User Forum doesnt mean that we need to recommend Avast Antivirus.

I didn’t start a new topic after the above comment.

“Very little to do with Avast”? The Avast Emupdate most certainly does!
