Have you anyone information how and where I can escalate my Avast’s issues to the highest support level? More than two months I try to connect and explain ( via support chat, phone, web feedback) to Avast’ support for my problems… Unfortunately without any solution, support and service… ?! Thank you DavidR for your reply and suggestion about my duplex topics. Shortly about my case: two months ago when my Avast’ annual subscription expires I tried to pay for new order of my Avast’ account. Unfortunately the both block by unknown reason. Two months till now I try to connect with Avast’s support ( three times via chat and two times direct phone calls), unfortunately they told that my issue will escalate and need to expecting contact with them?! Till now nothing, without any response and support

Finally, at the end I resolved my problem for a 5 mins ( within triple the new ones device, bank card and email for a ones time) connecting with right information, with right person like you!!! Much appreciates and respect for your service!!!
Also had similar problem. Some of my Avast subs were due to expire so I tried to contact Avast to see if they could organise a package for me. Everything on Avast has to be through the app. I asked support but just got the neverending options that did not suit my query. No matter what I did I could not get through to a real person. Eventually my subs expired and I have let them go due to lack of service.
