If you actually read this log there is little I would be overly concerned with. Most are either Inconclusive or Ignore detections (false positive) or Ignore detections (false positive).
1 Adware - Reason Heuristics as PUP.Optional.GRETECH.K (Adware) - now you have to determine why that PUP is on your system by design, e.g. you installed it or not.

This is where this is a bloody mess, Virut and Sality are file infecters and you had this king of infection there would be masses of infected .exe files but most are considered (Undefined).
I hate these type of multi-scanner passes, AVs can have FPs multiple scanners obviously increases the potential FP count. Then you have to have a reasonable understanding of what is on your system, what it does, etc. etc.
Why would you even consider running this scan in the first place, really there has to be a reason, e.g. your system is running slowly/strangely, etc. etc. Otherwise you are going to give yourself an ulcer.
I was just curious to know what scan results will herdProtect show on my laptop. I heard herdProtect is a really good cloud scanning tool. Yeah, there’s no reason to run this scan on my laptop, because there is no slowdowns/acting strangely and my laptop is 100% running normally as it should. In the logs files, some of the virus scanner mentioned (ignore - false positives) I will be uninstallting herdProtect. I just came here in this forum just for this just to make sure I am on the safe side
