Its a "Win32: Trojan-gen (UPX)
File name: C:\Program Files\Winad\ Client\WinClt.exe
what should i do? can anyone help, shall i try and repair it or delete or move to chest?
I have windows service pack1, thought 2 was sluggish! i have firewall, and use firefox browser.

Winad.exe, winclt.exe, and winad.dll install with an adware program called WinAd by TwistedHumor. This program generates popup ads and targeted ads. It also has the capacity to connect to its controlling server and update its files.

Delete that crap ofcourse. It doesn’t belong on any system.

ok thanx eddy. found another virus though. Its a Win32: Trojan-gen (VB)

I Dont think i installed anything, i updated Ad-Aware SE Personal and avast updated, but thats it.
On hijackthis, the scan showed the system as clean but adaware found some bugs after the update was complete and avast found some viruses.

Delete it. It is part of the Bylmer (backdoor trojan).

Perhaps it is wise if you do every step as explained on the page in my signature. Although you already have done several of them I suggest you do them all. Just to make sure your system gets clean and gets more protected.
