these 3 files are detected by avast everytime i run a boot time scan. are they anything to worry about

Which is your operational system? (most probably XP).
But, these three files should be clean and they’re added to avast! chest as backup?
Are you sure you’re running a boot time scanning and not a regular scanning and then seeing the Chest?
What do you mean by detected by avast?
Do you mean the alarm goes or do you see them in the avast! Virus Chest? - if you see them in the chest, there are a number of sections/categories in there, which section are they in, probably the System section?
If so they are avast back-up copies of system files (as Technical mentioned) to help recover from an infected system file.
