Hi i buy ( Avast 5 antivirus internet security ) yestday now today it is tell me i do not have an license key so i can not update it o use it 
is what it tell me he ( Last encounterd error the license key for this product is invaild )
i have put the ( Avast 5 antivirus internet security ) on 2 PC now
i have put the license key back in put is not let me tell me ( is not a valid avast license file [2000001c] )
Help i need this back work plz

Did you buy 2 licence keys?
OR
Did you by a licence key for 2 computers?
OR
Did you just by 1 licence key - For 1 computer … But you put that key into 2 computers?
If the answer is - * - I’m guessing that’s your problem :

hm not has i know all i have done yestday is buy ( Avast! 5.0 Internet Security ) it let me have 3 computers, for 1 year

Couple Of Questions!
Did the Licence Key work to begin with?
If… Yes!
Did the Licence Key stop working… Before - or - After … You installed Avast 5 on the second computer?
You bought a… 1 Year 3 Computers … Licence Key For - Avast 5 Internet Security
But are you certain… That it was Avast 5 Internet Security that you installed on your computers?
Could you have possibly installed another version of Avast 5 by accident? :-
Like… Avast 5 Free
OR… Avast 5 Pro Antivirus
Think starting again with a Clean Install is the best thing you could do :
1) Uninstall - Avast Internet Security
2) Run the Avast Uninstall Utility from Safe Mode : http://www.avast.com/en-gb/uninstall-utility
3) Delete the Alwil Folder from Program Files ( Note: You will need to show - Hidden Files and Folders )
4) Reinstall - Avast Internet Security 5.0 : http://www.avast.com/en-gb/download-software#tab2

I didn’t try to insult anyone here. I was serious…please don’t read too much into lines.
It is obvious writing communication doesn’t seem to go well here. So, I recommended Caudwell helping someone for that job. In fact, since I don’t think Caudwell will have any problem with vocal communications, I recommended Caudwell calling Alwil. Just as simple as that.
