Hey, I am having strange behavior on my windows 7 OS with the following occurrences:
*The Caret Browsing window randomly pops up on its own.
*Firefox keeps opening a new tab that goes to Mozilla’s Firefox support page.
*When using IE instead of FF (firefox) I get a Windows Help and support box popping up with the topic pertaining to IE…(Internet Explorer at a glance…).
I ran Avast Pro with all updates and it found nothing, but I am pretty sure it is something causing all this.
try to download this http://www.malwarebytes.org/ (the free version), and if you can’t, then get it from another system and install it on your problematic system from a USB key. Then update it and run a quick scan. If anything found follow the instructions and reboot, report back here

Malwarebytes reports no suspicious activity. I have to go to work in a few minutes so I’ll be back on at around 2:00 AM or earlier.
EDIT: Well guys it turned out to be a hardware issue. My keyboard was causing this so I opened it up and repaired the bad keys and so far I have no issues. :
