For years I have used the free version andd upon purchasing Avast Premium I start running my scans and certain things it finds, in order to fix I must buy other programs. I’m thinking I am going back to Norton program after this year is up. I downloaded Clean up premium last night after paying $54.99 for it, crashed a 2 week old computer the first time I ran it. Avast I’ve been formalized with for over 2 decades and have thoroughly enjoyed it till now. The browser keeps freezing up and crashing my brand new computer. It has crashed my computer 3 times in a week, and keeps slowing down the whole computer.
Congratulations to AVGAV# on efforts to block any attempts to unsubscribe. I have tried for hours to contact the department which handles this action. I have paid for a service but never received one and yet for a second time got billed. Not sure how all this works but feel I have been used hoping my accounts don’t notice a $71 sub not authorized.
Then when you try to contact a department to again unsubscribe its like a game to try and beat the system.
