What is the purpose, of posting the contents of the log, as all you originally asked is what does hijackthis do ?
e.g. problem you might be experiencing that warrants the posting of the log.

Main issues are the myway and mysearch etc. (any of the stuff beginning with my) which are more adware (monitor your activity to deliver ads) than dangerous.

There are also entries with (no name) and (no file), etc. like
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {A8FB8EB3-183B-4598-924D-86F0E5E37085} - (no file)
These should be fixed.

Other than that I see nothing obvious, so again what was the purpose of posting the log ?

Was asked to do this at the end of every thing I believe. It was my last resort, after compleating a list of things (that i was asked to do on this forum by a moderator, (can not find post, or remember who it was, It took me some time to do every thing), to try to get rid of (lexplore.exe) every thing I did showed CLEAN. Thought some thing might show up in Hijack This, list.

If you were asked to do that, then the logical place for the log would be the topic where you were asked to do it.

Click on the Profile button and that will have a link somewhere (depends on which forum theme you are using) for ‘Show the last posts of this person.’ That will list all you posts so you should be able to find it.

There is no reference to lexplore.exe in your log.
