Hijacked!

My PC has definitely be hijacked and the svchost is out of control. Avast, SpybotSD, and AdAware all find nothing wrong. I know you prefer OTL but I can’t get online to download it: here is my HJT log. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

welcome to the forum. first lets hope someone else can have a look at the hijacked this result you post sens im not that good at them i’m afraid. but what i can suggest it that you uninstall adware and spybot and use other programs that is better like malwarebytes antimalware and/or superantispyware. because this two is far better then spybot and adaware and lighter on the resources.

http://filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/

http://filehippo.com/download_superantispyware/

good luck and write back on your progress or if you need more help.

HI BSEdge

Thanks for the suggestions. I uninstalled AdAware and SpybotSD and installed SuperAntispyware. It found a bunch of tracking cookies and one “generic” trojan. My PC is running a lot smoother now. Svchost was using almost all of my memory and but it took a day or so for the issue to reappear after a AV scan. I’ll know tomorrow if things are back to normal. Thanks!
