Hola VPN causing infection trigger on avast

so this past hour or so HOLA VPN has started to mass trigger avasts infection block.

no idea Hola was that bad. Any alternatives to geo unlock netflix?

i removed Hola from both firefox and chrome but the adios hola site is still giving me this

out of the millions of users who use hola i doubt i would be targeted for attack but im making a rescue disk USB right now on a laptop that never had hola installed on just incase

unless the extention only version of hola was kind of safer compaired to the full install version

That I suggest would be no different as the underlying operation is the big issue. I suggest that you read both articles again.

i just did a rescue disk scan of my pc and it came back clean so i guess im ok
