Our computer got the homeland security virus, requesting $300.00 to remove. I have free avast and cccleaner as my tools, but since I am locked out of everything on my screen I need to know the steps for removal please.

Malware removal expert has been notified. Understand that there is no access. He will work with you to regain control, but may need the logs once you get in to clean your system under his guidance. Do you have access to another computer and a USB of about 1Gb
