I’ve had nothing but grief since I bought it

I’ll be intrigued to see if I get any response from a ‘Contact us’ page which doesn’t even allow you to ask a direct question

In order to ask an indirect question, however, I was told they had no record of my email address which they had used to confirm my purchase and congratulate me on being a First Class customer

Dunno how I finally got through here, and not sure I care any more

Can’t even go to my geek thanks to Covid-19; why does this company sell its shit in Janet & John terms and then assume everybody who buys it is a techie?
