I had this message on 2 of my computers that it said picture was infected or something…is it a false?

Inbox.dbx. Seems to be related to your Mail inbox…so maybe it was a attacment detected

You could use SysTools DBX Converter, and then you should be able to open healthy dbx files again: http://nl.downloadstock.net/download/50306/SysTools-DBX-Converter.html

Just delete the infected e-mail… Avast is showing which one it is…
