Horrible experince-Trying to buy licences- Useless avast customer service

I am trying to purchase 10 avast internet security licence but i am not able to make the payment successfully. The service support from avast support is basically pushing the problem around and giving canned answers. Been more than week and still I cannot make any payments successfully to buy avast internet security licence.
I am from Malaysia. I have tried different card of my friend also it also fails in payment authorization. This is sickening. I don’t have a problem making online payment for other services such as airlines tickets etc. so it is a avast payment gateway issue both for Visa and MasterCard.
I also currently have three licences which are due sometime this year. If problems like this happens -Goodbye Avast.

Exactly the case
Eddy- you have not read what I wrote- I am trying to buy avast internet security for my pcs. My visa payment card is not a problem,that is i can use it to buy other online products from other companies like airlines. Avast payment gateway is the problem.- the transaction is rejected.I have tried with an alternative card same problem.
Static guy- From avast store online- to buy it only takes me to one place that I can pay. All I got is canned answers not helpful in anyway. How to switch to different payment provider-please show me how?.
my report number was (# SWG-296-13798).
I never had these problems last year when I bought avast internet security for my other pcs.

When did you submit that support ticket? If it has been longer than 2 weeks, we can report this post to the moderator and an avast team will be able to see it. I don’t know how to report this post but Eddy will do that for you.

I don’t know how to switch to different providers, because I only use the Free version. Eddy may know how to switch

I sure did read what you wrote, but you haven’t provided certain details.
That is why I asked for them.

If digital river service is a problem how to go about using a different provider. Tell me how. From the avast site how to switch to a different provider to complete my transaction.

we are waiting for response from our payment provider. So far we don;t know what is the reason behind your payment being refused by the payment provider. We asked our payment provider to reach you directly to fix the problem.
