Host in blacklist, all website still blocked after cleanup

Hello,

Some days ago, a parallel web server was installed on our company dedicated web server. This was because of an unwanted acces.

After this, all our website were blacklisted and so did Avast.

I’d like to know how to proceed in order to show you that all our server is now clean and all our website (Our business) are now safe for browsing.

The problem is that our site aren’t find as suspicious ou malicious, but our IP was.

Here is a little non exhaustiv list of our portails on the IP :88.191.97.108 :

pluristop.com / dbstop.com / thermistop.com / enflamstop.com / gaspistop.com / dthx.org / untec-catalogue.com / gip-catalogue.com

You can report it here: http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php?loadStyles

Hi vianneyPluristop & Asyn,

This is one of the disadvantages of blacklisting. The data should be accurate and checked.
In a lot of cases the actual situation has changed, but the blacklisting was not lifted.
Some scanners based on blacklists are notorious for that.
On that IP you provided, there were found instances of EXP/Pidief.aik.1, JS/Agent.cja.3, 2 instances of mdl_Phoenix exploit kit.
Status of all is dead since 2012-02-20, and the latest instance was closed 2012-02-28.
Bizimbal data: the IP Number 88.191.97.108 is not listed in Offensive IP Database.
If this is reported to avast, it will be lifted from the blacklist in one of the coming updates,
