Host unreachable

Hi - I’ve been having issues getting the latest engine and program updates. Whenever Avast tries to update, it comes up with a host unreachable error message. I even uninstalled Avast (with the uninstall utility Avast provide) and then re-installed, but having the same issue. I attached a screenshot

Unfortunately exact same error. And I haven’t found any solution
Would be glad for info
