houston we got a problem

hi everybody, i got a problem with avast
every time i turn on my pc ,avast recognizes a trojan, and it doesn’t allow me to erase it. (if i try, it always does it again). the only action i can do is to send it into the basket and then i can erase it, but the next time i turn my pc on is the same crap. what can i do?
hi everybody
i use windows xp sp2
avast home edition 4.7
vps version 0649-2
amd athlon xp 2600+ 1,91 GHz
1,00 Gb RAM
i am on a lan with an adsl connection and i use windows firewall
i don’t have other antiviruses installed on pc but i use
lavasoft ad-aware
spybot search and destroy
spywareblaster

in the avast basket i got
among infected files

the file name is iexplorre32.dll
original location c:\windows
virus: win32:small-ckx[trj]

and
among system files

kernel32.dll
winsock.dll
wsock32.dll

thank you very much.

First try a boot time scan to see if that will delete it as it is a trojan. There is one r too many and it may be part of a rootkit.

have u tried an on demand scanning with ur antispyware programs(Ad aware, spybot s&destroy etc)?if u did and the trojan still exists,do a boot scan or try to remove it by yourself by using windows safe mode…u know,it might be a false positive(i don’t rly think so but it’s a possibility)…if u still can’t remove it,send the file to avast to have a further investigation and tell u what to do…i hope to solve ur problem the sooner possible…i had a trojan too that was regenerated every time i opened my pc and i removed using the windows safe mode…but u have to be an advanced user to use this…

It will be good if you download, install, update and run other trojan remover tools:
a-squared
Free AVG Antispyware
SUPERantispyware

They won’t conflict each other as the free version of them are always non-resident and just for on-demand scanning 8)

These are normal. Avast! has made a backup copy of these files and stored them there.
