I am making the rounds of the help pages of AVAST and keep being returned to
a page telling me to contact by phone +1 855 738 16
Being hearing impaired this is not an option.
I will appreciate if someone from AVAST support contact me.

Indeed. But I have put a lot of time going around and did not find

There is, but there is more than a single option - which is why I asked what the problem is.
So not knowing what the problem is you have I don’t know which one to suggest.

I don’t work for avast, an avast user just like you trying to point you in the right direction.
