On July 15th I canceled my subscription to AVAST in chat. BECAUSE THEY AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED IT THEMSELVES (EXPIRES AUGUST 19) and they said they would refund my money. My bill says my money was refunded and I can no longer ask for a refund. On July 25th they took that money out of my account and now I can’t ask for a refund at all
