I am the author of pasmontray (for which you can find source and win32 exe at sourceforge.net). As I wrote this program myself (using freepascal / Lazarus) I know that it isn’t malware.
The problem is that Avast has started automatically sandboxing it, and it won’t run in the sandbox.
