Have been trying for nearly a week to get into the “manage subscription” part of my VPN account but it keeps telling me there is a problem and they know about it… well maybe they know but do they care!!! I am probably going to have to cancel a credit card now if they won’t let me in. Any other way around. The “helpers” on the phone don’t know squat!
