How can I change the link inside the automatic e-mail for "E-mail deployment"?

Hi,
I’m looking for a way to change the link inside the e-mail sent by the “e-mail deployment” job.

The thing is, we had to change the URL for the console to work in an AD environment because of proxy issues (which also changed the url for the managed client), and while the link under Admin → Settings → Setup changed, when we had to send an e-mail deployment job for a specific computer, the mail had the old link that doesn’t work.

Is there any way to change this, maybe in a file somewhere?

Hi Pascal,

maybe the URL is still outdated in setup.ini or config.ini in C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Administration Console ? Just a guess.

Hi,

I tried to change some of the .ini files where information about the server was stored and then rebooting but the e-mail doesn’t change, it keeps the old link.
Maybe I didn’t look at the right place? There’re only 5 .ini in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\AVAST Software\Administration Console
